職位描述：PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 崗位職責1.Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.帶領負責區域內的銷售團隊按季完成區域銷售指標。2.Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information.根據所掌握的信息制定并執行所負責區域的銷售及業務發展計劃。3.Set sales target and priorities for the team and ensure team members are aligned to regional/organizational goals through performance review process.制定所負責團隊的工作目標及優先順序，通過績效考核流程管理并確保團隊成員共同完成銷售任務。4.Establish good relationship with key accountants by academic promotion.建立與終端客戶的良好合作關系，管理代理商的績效以完成公司的銷售任務5.Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.在所負責區域內組織各項市場推廣活動，并建立良好的品牌形象6.Manage OPEX in line with Sales Performance.有效地控制運營成本。7.Ensure an energizing environment which motivates employees at all levels to give their best to the job營造良好的激勵機制以激發各級員工的工作積極性QUALIFICATIONS 任職資格1.EDUCATION 教育程度Bachelor's degree or above in medical or business administration醫學或工商管理專業本科以上學歷2.EXPERIENCE 工作經驗At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry and function, such as sales and marketing in Medical device.五年以上醫療器械銷售及市場等相關行業管理經驗。Experience in director management is preferred.具有直銷管理經驗者優先考慮。Top sales.具有較強的銷售能力。3.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS 其他要求1) Good communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills.有較強的溝通及人際交往能力。2) A good team player , initiative, excellent organization and coordination skills.有團隊精神，具有主動性，優秀的組織協調能力。3) Well-planning skills良好的計劃能力。4) Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.中英文溝通能力。5) Good analytical skills and effective problem solving skills.具有較強的分析能力及有效解決問題的能力。6) Proficient in the use of MS Office suite.能熟練使用office辦公軟件。
