Responsibilities/Duties:1. C&B· Employee payroll data maintenance and handling;· Make sure payroll processing is in complaince with internal audit requirment and well orgnized documentation;· Coordinate with HR Operation Team to conduct payroll administration and other benefits program effectivly.2. Recruiting· Attract, source and hire the right talent into Smiths Medical to facilitate the business growth in China;· Serve as the professional recruiting consultant on effective recruiting channels and pipeline management, expert on talent mapping and talent evaluation, and good coach on company recruiting policies, tools and processes;· Ensure hiring manager and team preparedness during the inter process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally;· Effectivly manage HR agency to deliver good result.3. ER· Maintain and manage HR systems (SAP, Orcle,Etime, Performance Management system etc.)· Manage employee contarct, probation evaluation and personal file.· Manage employee onbaord and check out prcocess· Interface with verndors on employee social benefit, conmmercial insurance and other related issues.· Provide customized HR analysis reports, budet reports, turnover report and other report.· Coordinate with other HR team member to drive HR efficiency inn response to internal customer need.· Hand ER cases and assist with labor disputesParticipate and provide assitance on HR projects.Technical Knowledge and Skills:· Bachelor degree or above· At least 2 years and above working experience in HR function· Posees a widde range of experience on current external recruiting, C&B policies , practices and trends. Propose and implement on going improvements to company’s recruitment efforts.· Be farmilar with labor law.· Excellent communication, Orgnizational and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.· Strong verbal and written English communication skills.Experince of HR system like SAP is preferred.Abilities:· Able to work independently and under high presurre· Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.· Good ability in team work ,communication ,arrangement and coordination.· Self-directed, detail- orientaed,problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organizition’s reputation and sucess.
